How Can I Change or Reset My Password?

To change your MyRxPal password
Go to Account > Settings > Security > Password. Click on the edit symbol in field.
In the 'Current password' field, provide the current log in password for your MyRxPal user account.
In the 'New password' and 'Confirm password' fields, provide your desired password credentials.
Click the Change password button to save your new password.
Alternatively, you can also reset your password from the sign in page by clicking on 'Forgot Password' then validating the request with an OTP (one time passcode). Once validated, you will be prompted to enter 'New password' and 'Confirm password'
Whenever you change your password, MyRxPal Support will send you an automated notification alerting you of such action.
