Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

If it looks like you were charged twice for the same RxPon voucher, check out Canceling an Order help topic. 


If you do not recognize the charges on your bank/credit card statement at all, please contact our customer support team and be ready with the name on the card that was used, as well as purchase dates and amounts charged.
