Deleting Your MyRxPal Account

Although we'll hate to see you go, you can deactivate your account at any time. Deleting your MyRxPal account is a permanent action and there’s no way to reverse it. Read on if you wish to cancel your subscription and leave MyRxPal for good.

Avoid data loss

Make sure you export the data you created. You will be prompted to acknowledge this suggested action prior to confirming account deletion. Your data can be downloaded to .pdf format. Simply check the section, then click on download link. If there is data attached, it will automatically download.  After you delete your account, your content will be deleted from our servers. 

How to delete your account

Follow these steps if you want to stop using MyRxPal and delete your account with all stored data. In case you forgot your password and can’t sign in, visit those articles and learn how you can reset your account.

1. Sign In and navigate to your account
2. Go to settings 
3. Go to section 'Close Your Account' and click on the button link, 'Close This MyRxPal Account'
4. Check each section and download any data associated with it.
5. Click Proceed
6. Enter your password
