Mistakenly Redeemed RxPons or Disputes

Only the pharmacy merchant for which the RxPon is valid at can redeem your RxPon by capturing the RxPon voucher details. Be sure to confirm your RxPon matches the prescription you have with the pharmacy. Your prescription order at the pharmacy can can vary from your RxPon for the following:
- A different name for the same medication
- Quantity of packages versus package size. For example 1 box could be 90 ml.
Once redeemed, you will receive a confirmation that such action has occurred and the RxPon status changes. You have 72 hours from the time of redemption to dispute the RxPon redemption. We strongly encourage you to reach out to the pharmacy merchant to resolve any issue with your medication prior to filing a dispute. Some reasons for dispute are:
- Different medication received that is not related to the RxPon redeemed
- Quantity does not match or significantly deviates from RxPon
- You paid another amount at the pharmacy that was not agreed to prior to redemption or covered by the RxPon.
